Designing great jobs
Where we work
My Approach
My career started with rehabilitating people who had chronic back, neck and upper limb pain. Being passionate about preventing workplace injuries lead me to the fascinating and rewarding field of ergonomics. My focus has always been on employee health and employer productivity. This can only be achieved by taking an evidence based approach alongside robust ergonomics assessment tools and user centred design techniques. I take a participatory approach to implementing ergonomics programs into the workplace. This philosophy has paid dividend for many employees and employers.
